About the event
Experience a different kind of happy hour where instead of numbing out, we tune in. Practice being in the present moment with like-minded folks. Weekly connecting in community without screens and an alcohol free environment. Together we will practice presence through creativity, movement, flow states, guided meditations. Open to teenagers and older, and all skills levels are welcome.
Weekly on Wednesdays from 4 - 7pm (no event on July 3)
